Zirndorf: where we are based
Zirndorf lies in the district of Fürth, south-west of Fürth and only a few kilometres from Nuremberg. The town is known as the home of Playmobil and for the Alte Veste, where one of the great battles of the Thirty Years' War took place in 1632. Zirndorf is also where the district office of Fürth (Landratsamt) is based.
This is where our office is, at Hinterm Bahnhof 4. For owners and tenants from Zirndorf this means the shortest possible distances: dropping off documents, clarifying questions in person or making an appointment is easy.
Short distances for owners and tenants
As a flat owner you have the right to inspect your association's administrative documents. With us you can do this at our office by appointment – for example the receipts behind the annual statement or the minutes of earlier meetings. For owners' meetings we look for a venue close to your building, so nobody has to travel far.
Tenants can reach us by phone or through the online damage report if something breaks. If daytime does not suit you, we are happy to arrange appointments outside office hours. Ordering keys or reporting a change of tenant can also be done online.

From Zirndorf we are quickly in Oberasbach, Stein, Cadolzburg, Roßtal and the other towns of the district. That helps with owners' meetings in the evening just as much as with an inspection when things are urgent. Fürth and the west of Nuremberg are right next door as well. When it has to be quick: water damage and more
A burst pipe or a leaking roof does not wait until Monday. With water damage, the first thing is to stop the cause – for example by closing the main valve – and, if there is real danger, to call the fire brigade on 112. After that, we take care of everything else.
We commission specialist firms for leak detection and drying, report the damage to the buildings insurer and document it with photos. We keep affected owners and tenants informed until the repair is finished. Because our office is in Zirndorf, we can be on site quickly anywhere in the district to look at the damage ourselves.
